We accept payments exclusively via Stripe in British Pounds (GBP). Supported methods include:

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Stripe Link (autofill saved payment details)

Note: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe—we do not store or handle your card details directly.

2. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • No UK VAT Charged: As a Bulgaria-based business, we do not charge UK Value-Added Tax (VAT) on orders.

  • EU VAT Exemption: Bulgarian VAT (20%) is not applied to orders exported outside the EU (e.g., to the UK).

  • Customs & Import Duties: Your order is not subject to customs / import fees as we ship the item to you from our UK warehouse. We take care of import fees prior to your purchase

3. Payment Security

  • Stripe, our payment processor, uses PCI-DSS-compliant encryption and adheres to global security standards.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization

  • Your order is confirmed only after Stripe successfully authorizes your payment.

  • If payment fails, your order will not be processed. You’ll receive an email prompting you to retry with a valid payment method.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or payment irregularities.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy and will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

  • Under UK Consumer Rights, you may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (exclusions apply; see our policy).

  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension. Contact us first at [email protected] to resolve issues.

6. Cross-Border Compliance

  • As a Bulgarian-registered business, we comply with Bulgarian and EU laws and international trade regulations.

  • UK customers retain rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Failed Payments & Disputes

  • Update expired or declined payment methods via your account dashboard.

8. Subscription Services (if applicable)

  • Recurring subscriptions renew automatically in GBP.

  • Cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us 48 hours before renewal.
